Framleiðslueiningin (eða vinnslu QC) framkvæmir fulla skoðun fyrir útlitsskoðun og rafmagnspróf og fyrir stærðarmælingu eða sérstaka skoðun er fyrsta stykki hverrar gerðar sýnt og prófað 5 stk.
Gæðareiningin mælir 5 stk fyrir fyrsta sýnið af hverri gerð og samþykkir GB / —2012 venjulega skoðun einu sinni sýnatökuáætlun fyrir útlitsskoðun og almennt skoðunarstig er II.

Skoðunarmaður þarf að vera með rafstöðueiginleikahring og átta fingurrúm á báðum höndum. Ef það er LCD án þess að hafa skautun á, ættu allir fingur að vera með fingurrúm.
Skoðunarmaður getur skoðað sjónrænt eða borið saman við samanburðartöflu kvikmyndarinnar.
Vinsamlegast vísaðu til sýnisins fyrir rafmagnspróf með því að nota prófunarbúnað og skjáskjá.
Fjarlægðin milli augna skoðunarmannsins og vörunnar er 30 ~ 40 cm. Skoðunarhornið er ± 15 gráður á framhlið lóðrétta skjáborðsins og ± 45 gráður á framhlið lárétta skjáborðsins (sjá mynd hér að neðan)
